We provide pickup and delivery services to most of Southern California with equipment ranging from cargo vans to 26' trucks with lift gate equipment. Gateway Optimum Transportation is a licensed Motor Carrier (DOT 2939118) utilizing our equipment for short and long haul Transportation. 
Storage Unit Items Palletize and Ship
A company had a storage space full of boxes and items they need palletized and shipped from Moreno Valley California to Florida. 

Gateway Crate and Freight personnel picked these up from a storage unit facility and took them to our warehouse where the items were safely stacked on pallets, shrink wrap, banded and shipped successfully across the country.

This kind of service saves money compared to moving, as long as you can limit the amount of pallets to 3-4 or less. This one we were able to get on 2 full size pallets. Our Southern California team has the experience to ensure your items get packed well enough to make this long journey.

Design Prototype Pack and Crate for Export
Inside this crate is a delicate casted prototype of an item needed for display at an international design show. The packing on this item needs to be more than sufficient to protect it from damage.

Many 3PLs turn to Gateway Crate and Freight So Cal for crating and packing expertise. This item needed a lot of TLam Foam custom cut to keep the item from moving or shifting in the crate during transportation.

The item is secured in place by a foam that provides rigidity but at the same time gives the item the proper cushioning it needs for the journey overseas.

Baroque Lighting Piece Crated and Shipped
This Chandelier has an odd tree shape and needed to be protected during LTL shipping. Gateway Picked up Crated and Packed this piece for shipping from Los Angeles CA to Houston TX.

This lighting piece is a one of a kind. The lights were removed and packed and shipped with the chandelier, which parts were secured to the crate using a nylon strapping system and foam to protect it from rubbing during shipping.
